Poster Instructions​

Thank you for participating in the National Adaptation Forum. We hope you will enjoy the expansive poster presentation space and visibility for all three days during the Forum.

Poster Instructions:

Size: Posters should be no larger than 4' x 4' and push pins are provided. We don't recommend placing your poster on any foam core, feel free to just roll-up in a tube and bring. 
 
Format: For your convenience Forum Coordinators are working with a local Saint Paul printer, Allegra Printing for any on-site printing needs. You don't have to use Allegra, they are simply available if you choose to use them and are located approximately 4 blocks from the RiverCentre. If you have any questions please contact Annie Johnson:annie@allegrastp.com. Please see parameters for ordering posters on-site below.
 
4x4' Poster – 1 sided, satin, full color
They need print ready files, 300 dpi
If received before April 17th: Cost is $35/per
If received April 18th - May 1st (LAST DAY TO SEND TO ALLEGRA): Cost is $45/per
 
 
Shipping: If you choose to send your poster or any other materials to the Saint Paul RiverCentre, use the following information on your shipping label. Please note, to avoid any holding charges, items shipped can not arrive any earlier than 72 hours before the Forum.

You may also ship your poster or any materials you will be using for your presentation to the hotel where you will be staying. Check with the hotel to verify if there will be any holding costs associated with storing your poster(s) or materials. Any charges associated with storing or holding participant posters or presentation materials is the responsibility of the participant.
 
Poster Location: Posters will be displayed in the Grand Ballroom where all Forum meals and plenaries will take place to increase maximum exposure. Forum Coordinators are creating a map for Poster presentations and it will be completed by mid April. At that time we will have a map available to help you find your location. Until then, please contact us at info@nationaladaptationforum.org with any questions.
 
Poster Set-up: Monday, May 8th 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, May 9th 7:00 a.m. – 8:00a.m. in the Grand Ballroom.
 
Poster Take-down: Thursday May 11th 5:00 p.m - 6:30 p.m. The National Adaptation Forum adjourns at 6:30 p.m. and any posters and materials must be removed from the Grand Ballroom before that time. Any items remaining after 6:30 p.m. will be recycled or otherwise disposed of.        
 
Poster Schedule: The Grand Ballroom will be open to participants throughout the Forum, however the optimal times to provide staff at your poster include: Tuesday - Thursday during breakfast and lunch breaks, and the Tuesday Evening Networking Poster and Tools Cafe’ Session.
