Create a Profile

Please take a few moments to orient yourself to the Forum registration process by creating an account here:

Then review the instructions below to learn more about how to create a profile and register for the National Adaptation Forum or one-day only.

b. You will be asked to create your personal PROFILE.

c. Once you have set-up your profile you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password. Please log in and change your password as your email and password allow you access to your PROFILE, PROPOSAL INFORMATION and REGISTRATION.

b. You will be asked to select your REGISTRATION TYPE.

c. Registration includes: admission to the National Adaptation Forum; National Adaptation Forum program and materials; two Plenary Sessions; breakfast and luncheon informal networking opportunities; three lecture hall luncheon plenaries; access to over 45 adaptation exhibitors; free wi-fi in the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center; daily buffet breakfast and lunch, including a morning snack at the venue; beverage service all day, including coffee, tea, soda, and water; Forum networking; Tools Café, and Poster Reception April 23, 2019 at Monona Terrace Community Terrace.

As part of our Sustainability Challenge we are offering an online program option. There will be ample signage at the Forum in addition to the online program.


The Forum is a community endeavor. Registration fees do not cover the per person cost of attendance. We encourage the groups that participate to become sponsors. If your group cannot sponsor, consider making a donation. You may return to this page after registration and make a travel offset contribution with a different credit card.
