ACCOMMODATIONS
The Forum Team works diligently on behalf of attendees by negotiating favorable rates with a host hotel and receives complimentary meeting space and other concessions due to our room block contract commitment. This helps the Forum Team contain costs to attendees.
The official hotel of the 2026 Forum is the Westin Pittsburgh, which offers a contracted rate of $259/night, plus relevant taxes and fees. A limited number of rooms are also available at the prevailing federal per diem rate, and an official U.S. government identification will be required upon check-in.
We would appreciate your taking advantage of the group block and staying at the Westin Pittsburgh, which is conveniently connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
The reduced rates are available until April 24, 2026, or until sold out, whichever occurs first.
*NOTE: The Forum does not use a third-party hotel reservations firm. If contacted, please do not use their services

The building features a natural ventilation and natural light system, its own wastewater treatment plant, a waste diversion program, and more. The DLCC’s Sustainability Report can be found here.
All Forum programming will take place at the DLCC, which is connected by skybridge to the Westin Pittsburgh.

GETTING TO PITTSBURGH
By Air: The Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is 19 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh, where the Westin Pittsburgh and Convention Center are located. This is an approximately 20-40 minute car/taxi/ridesharing trip, depending on traffic. Peak times may be busy, so plan accordingly.
The 28X Airport Flyer provides transportation between the airport and Downtown Pittsburgh approximately twice per hour, 7 days a week. A one-way fare is $2.75 and payable with cash if you do not have a ConnectCard. If you are traveling from the airport to Downtown Pittsburgh, the 7th Ave & William Penn Place stop is a less than 5-minute walk from the hotel.
By Car: Downtown Pittsburgh is accessible via Interstates 79, 279, 376 and the PA Turnpike. The DLCC has a parking garage available at your own expense with an entrance on 10th Street. The Westin has on-site self and valet parking available at the prevailing published rates on their website.
GETTING AROUND PITTSBURGH
Downtown Pittsburgh is a pedestrian-friendly area, with plenty to explore immediately surrounding the DLCC. For those interested in exploring further, Pittsburgh Regional Transit provides service for local routes via bus, light rail, and inclines. Rideshare options and taxi services are also available.
